It’s simple but powerful.
Try turning:

"This day is exhausting" → "This day is exhausting… but it’s good I made it through."

"I’m not enough" → "I’m not enough yet… but it’s good I’m growing."


It’s not about ignoring your pain, but softening it—just a little.

And if you’ve ever thought:

No one listens to understand, they just reply…
